The complainant in this matter requested the OPC to Review the decision of the Chief Officer. On May 14, 2024 the Review was completed to which the OPC did not find the Chief Officer's decision appropriate. The Chief Officer's decision had been to find the original complaint as "unsubstantiated". As such, matter was referred to an Adjudicator.
On March 31, 2025, the Adjudicator, Honourable Wayne D. Cheverie, issued a decision with respect to which involved officers are subject to the Adjudication process.
