Complaints, Reviews, Adjudications, Reports, Policies and Directives

Complaints - these are the decisions with respect to complaints made directly to the Police Commission

Reviews - these are the review of complaints made to police services (until April 1, 2019 all complaints must have been made directly to the relevant police service)

Adjudications: matters that have gone through the Review process and an independent Adjudicator has been assigned

Reports - these are the various annual and other reports prepared by the Police Commission

Investigations and SIRT Reports - these are independent investigations of incidents involving police officers which came under the authority of the Office of the Police Commissioner

Policy statements - these are policies that have been implemented by the Police Commissioner in order to effectively fulfill the Commission's obligations under the Police Act.

Directives - these are the current ministerial directives to the Police Commission
